Fortunately, its fruits turned out to be very sweet and rich in miraculous properties, and the attempt failed.

The pads, or leaves, of the prickly pear have a fibrous composition rich in polysaccharides, with antioxidant and re-epithelizing power, similar (and even superior) to that of Hyaluronic Acid. These molecules also have a protective function that fights inflammation, leaving the skin hydrated and healthy.
