Rolland S.r.l. is committed to making its e-commerce service accessible in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree No. 82 of 27 May 2022, which transposes Directive (EU) 2019/882 on the accessibility requirements for products and services.

This information notice has been prepared pursuant to Article 12 and Annex IV of Legislative Decree 82/2022 and applies to the e-commerce service available on www.oway.com.

General Description of the Service

The website www.oway.com allows consumers to:

● browse the Oway product catalogue;

● search for and select products;

● access related information and product features;

● add and remove products from the shopping cart;

● make purchases as guests or, where applicable, through a personal account;

● enter the information required for delivery;

● select the shipping method;

● use the available payment methods;

● receive order confirmations and information;

● request assistance, make returns and exercise the rights provided for under the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The service can be accessed via web browsers on desktop and mobile devices.

Applicable Accessibility Requirements

The design, development and management of the service take into account the accessibility requirements set out in Legislative Decree 82/2022 and, as applicable technical references, EN 301 549 V3.2.1 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines – WCAG 2.1, Level AA.

The assessment also includes the specific requirements applicable to e-commerce services, with particular reference to:

● accessibility of the information required to make a purchase;

● keyboard navigation and use of the service;

● compatibility with major assistive technologies;

● understandability of content, instructions and error messages;

● accessibility of forms and interactive controls;

● accessible identification of interface components;

● accessibility of authentication, security and payment functionalities;

● availability of accessibility information relating to the products and services sold, when provided by the responsible economic operators.

Accessibility Status of the Service

Following the assessment carried out, the service is PARTIALLY COMPLIANT with the applicable accessibility requirements.

The assessment was carried out through automated checks on a sample of 17 representative pages of the website.

Content and functionalities not yet fully accessible

Operability:

● Keyboard accessibility (549 occurrences): Some interactive elements of the website are not fully accessible via keyboard navigation (WCAG 2.1.1 – Level A)

● Focus indicators (52 occurrences): Some interactive elements do not display a sufficiently visible focus indicator when selected via keyboard (WCAG 2.4.7 – Level AA)

● Focus management (39 occurrences): In some sections, keyboard focus may move to elements that are not visible or available (WCAG 2.4.3 – Level A)

Perceivability:

● Colour contrast (15 occurrences): In some sections, the contrast between text and background does not meet the minimum requirement of 4.5:1 (WCAG 1.4.3 – Level AA)

● Text alternatives (2 occurrences): Some images do not have adequate text alternatives (WCAG 1.1.1 – Level A)

Robustness:

● ARIA attributes (2 occurrences): Some components use ARIA attributes that are not fully supported (WCAG 4.1.2 – Level A)

● Target size (2 occurrences): Some interactive elements may not meet the recommended minimum size for touch targets (WCAG 2.5.5 – Level AAA)

Disproportionate burden

No exemptions on the grounds of disproportionate burden have been requested.

Third-Party Content and Components

Some functionalities may be provided through third-party services or components, including, by way of example, payment, authentication, support or preference management systems.

Rolland S.r.l. assesses the accessibility of such integrations to the extent that they are funded, developed, selected or under its control and works with the relevant providers to resolve any issues.

Complaints to AgID

Consumers who believe that the service is not accessible in relation to a specific disability may submit a complaint to the Agency for Digital Italy (AgID) in accordance with the procedures published on AgID’s institutional website.
